Rachel Schramm - Affiliate Representative to the APHA Governing Council
Rachel Schramm is the Communications & Outreach Coordinator at the Iowa Cancer Consortium in Coralville, Iowa. She has a BS in Kinesiology (2010) and earned an MS in Community Development (2016) from Iowa State University, and maintains a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) credential from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. since 2010. Rachel previously worked for Linn County Public Health as a Health Educator in Cedar Rapids, and Program Manager for the Comprehensive Cancer Control Program at the Iowa Department of Public Health. She currently serves on the Iowa Public Health Association’s Board of Directors as the Affiliate Representative to the Governing Council (ARGC), a position that serves as a liaison between the American Public Health Association and our state affiliate.
